The convenience of a washer/dryer within the unit ensures you have all the comforts of home. * Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - September to May only.
* Garage dimensions: 11' wide, 16' length, 81" height
* Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning.
* Rental comprises the two-story unit, the private bayfront patio, and a one-car garage.
* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions.
* Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.
* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for best results.
* Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots – please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
