* An AC surcharge will be imposed depending upon weather and season.
* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
* Carport dimensions: 8' wide, 31' length, 8' height
* Rental comprises the ground floor unit, the private bayfront patio, and a 2-car tandem carport.
* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for best results.
* Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots – please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
