* Rental comprises the three-story home, rooftop deck, master bedroom balcony, dining room deck, and two-car garage.
* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions.
* Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.
* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's.
* Garage dimensions: 19'10" length, 6' height, 8' clearance,  
* Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots – please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
